After updating to iOS 26, the Tanpura drone does not last the entire duration of the strings, but gets cut off 3/4 of the way through the audio and again restarts. It does not hit the last note.

Hi Mitravan Dasa,
Thank you for reporting this issue. We are aware of this issue on iOS 26. Apple has made some changes to their Audio Engine and that has caused this issue.
We are working on a fix and it should be released soon. Please stay tuned.
